We spend a lot of time learning, a lot of time practicing, and a lot of energy competing. We strive to be the best. Reaching the number one spot is what motivates many athletes in pursue of their dreams. Unless you sweat it, there is no way you can achieve it.

There are many motivational quotes and inspirational phrases that push athletes and non-athletes to continue striving. But, if there is something in common with successful people is that they embrace who they are now, rather than whom they will be in the future.

The art of perfection is achieve by embracing all your gifts and faults while continuing to work hard toward improvement. The best remedy for success is to be honest with yourself by pointing out the areas that you need to improve.

Having high aspirations alone will do little; putting action toward achieving your goals will eventually take you to the success you want to achieve.
