Strategy: Finding a plan to reach your goals
In this stage, we emphasize strategic planning. We will focus on gathering information based on your actual practice and/or competitive experience. This step will help us draw lines between both experiences, make conclusions, and begin to plan a strategy that can be executed next time.
We will plan specific and manageable short, medium, and long term goals. We will break down each goal to meet reasonable expectations. Along with strategies that include visualization, positive thinking, and breathing, the work will also emphasize building a greater sense of your own body awareness.
This unique strategy will ultimately help you to be more aware of yourself in the present moment, which will lead to staying in the flow and facilitating self-empowerment.
